A two-hour, in-person, room-by-room walkthrough of your entire home and creation of a detailed, custom staging plan to get your home show-ready. The plan will lay out my advice on using what you have to create the best furniture arrangement, as well as strategic placement of artwork and accessories, decluttering, and depersonalizing.
Recommendations on repairs, upgrades, and maintenance to enhance your home’s appearance, like wall and trim paint colors, light fixtures, and cabinet hardware. Want curb appeal recommendations for the outside of the house? Good news: That’s included in my consultation, too.
Detailed notes that I’ll leave with you at the end of the consultation so you can get started right away. And don’t worry if you need support after I leave your house—you can get in touch with me later if you have questions while you’re implementing the plan.
If your house is either vacant or partially furnished, first, I’ll conduct your consultation; then I can select rental furnishings and accessories to fill all the right spaces that will turn your once empty house into a warm and welcoming showpiece.
