Processing & Shipping

Please allow 3 - 4 business days for processing your purchase. After processing, estimated delivery time is 3 - 6 business days, with the exception of some furniture pieces, which may take 2 - 5 weeks for delivery. Please review the product description of the item you’re purchasing for any additional shipping information applicable to that product.

Return Policy

You can return an item within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and your item must be undamaged and unused with tags still attached. Return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the item was defective when you received it, return shipping costs will not apply as long as any claims are placed within 5 days of the item being received.

Once your item is returned, you will receive a refund to your original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 days for your refund to appear on your original form of payment after your return is received.
