This service is for in-person, in-home consultations only. But if you’re outside the Washington, D.C. metro area, we can work with you virtually, so go to our Virtual Home Staging for Sellers option to purchase that service.


***You are purchasing a Home Staging Consultation appointment for $350, for up to two hours of meeting time. You can add more time to your consultation if you wish, at the rate of $100 per hour, and we’ll bill you for the additional time at the end of our session.***


What’s included in a Home Staging Consultation:


We tour your home and develop a detailed, custom staging plan. If you're living in your house while it's on the market, we can declutter and depersonalize your home, then rearrange your furnishings or add pieces to make your home show-ready.


You’ll also get recommendations on repairs, upgrades, and curb appeal. If your house is either vacant or partially furnished, first, we’ll conduct your consultation, then we can select rental furnishings and accessories to fill all the right spaces that will turn your once empty house into a warm and welcoming showpiece.


Additional fees will apply for furniture/art/accessory rental. Contact us for more information about rental fees.

Home Staging Consultation

  • All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    Failure to schedule your appointment within 30 days of purchase will result in cancelation of your project and your payment will not be refunded.
