If you’re selling your home, but you live outside our local area (Washington, D.C. metro), we can still help you get ready to sell with confidence.
With your photos, a great Internet connection and our expertise, we'll chat online and develop a strategic staging plan to get your home sold, no matter where you live.
Here’s how it works:
After you purchase your session, you'll request an appointment to check our availability and schedule our virtual meeting.
Next, you’ll answer a few questions about your project so we can get started, then we’ll give you instructions on how to send us 2-3 photos or a video of each furnished room in your home that you want us to review (maximum 3 rooms).
And last, we'll call you at your scheduled time to conduct our virtual staging session with you by telephone - or video conference, if you prefer.
During our session, we'll walk you through our suggestions for staging your home, including decluttering, furniture, artwork, and accessory arrangement, and paint color selection.
By the end of the call, you'll be equipped with an action plan to get your home ready to go on the market.
If you live in the Washington, D.C. metro area, we can serve you in person. Go to our In-Home Staging Consultation option, and we'll come right to your house.
Virtual Home Staging
Virtual Staging is $195 per hour with a 1-hour minimum. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Please note that the maximum number of rooms we can review in a one-hour session is three (3) rooms. If you'd like more rooms, please book an additional session and we'll be happy to review the additional areas, at the same rate of up to three rooms per hour.
Failure to schedule your appointment and complete your photo/video uploads within 30 days of purchase will result in cancelation of your project and your payment will not be refunded.
